On 25 November 2021, the 11th Innovative SME Conference was held in Braga, and for the second consecutive year (2020 and 2021) CARFI S.A. was one of the 6 Finalists of the COTEC-BPI SME Innovation Award,, which in its 17th edition, distinguished companies that stand out for their culture and management practices to drive profitable growth based on the use of knowledge and innovation.

The evaluative criteria for the COTEC-BPI SME Innovation Award are based on an innovation rating, attributed by the “Innovation Scoring” and economic and financial indicators.

The finalists were Carfi, Mecalbi, PICadvanced, Solancis, Vieira de Castro and ebanklT, which was the winner.

On 26 August 2021, CARFI S.A. was awarded theCOTEC 2021 INNOVATIVE STATUS, which distinguished companies that in 2020 achieved high standards of financial strength, innovation and economic performance.
