MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

CARFI’s policy of quality, safety and health at work and innovation aims to satisfy the needs and expectations of interested parties as well as sustainable development.
The pursuit of excellence comes from the conformity of products and services, from carrying out research, development and innovation activities, and from promoting the safety and health of all those involved in its activities, following the principles of continuous improvement. Accordingly, CARFI makes the following commitments:
• Ensuring high levels of excellence in products and services, building a loyalty relationship with customers, based on strict compliance with agreed commitments and all applicable requirements;
• Decreasing costs through process optimization;
• Promoting consultation, participation, communication and involvement of employees and subcontractors in matters of safety and health at work;
• Eliminating dangers and reduce risks for people, promoting continuous improvement in the management and carrying out the Management System;
• Creating and sustaining the value and generated knowledge, as a result of our activities and the relationship with partners and customers, which let to grow stronger in competitiveness;
• Promoting the personal and professional development of employees, encouraging initiative, innovation, productivity and commitment to the achievement of the quality, safety and health at work and innovation objectives through their training and informing, making them aware of compliance with standards;
• Promoting safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health affection
related to work, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, other applicable requirements, standards, rules and instructions, protecting facilities and equipment and guaranteeing security with regard to the entry of unauthorized persons and vehicles;
• Maintaining a appropriated Management System to products and services, promoting and valuing the safety and health of employees and the protection of knowledge in accordance with the respective normative references implemented.
